Behind every one of our veneer layups stands the combination of top-class Fischer-Rückle or Kuper technology and honest craftsmanship. The foundation for us is absolutely precise and clean cutting, thanks to which the veneer joints align perfectly. To ensure a perfect result, we apply the adhesive mechanically in an exact layer. Thanks to this, the joint is strong along its entire length, but without unwanted adhesive overflow. For large projects and series production, we prepare large-format veneer layups up to 3800 mm in length.
Finally, every piece is carefully trimmed to size and the ends are secured with protective tape against tearing. Although we use modern methods, we still rely on proven hot-melt thread joining and manual work wherever attention to detail and the experienced eye of our employees are required.
